Technician must have experience completing re-images, software/driver reinstallation and basic IT troubleshooting.
Technician will be required to troubleshoot and either correct or escalate for resolution any desktop software, hardware or network performance problems and coordinate for resolution issues involving reach back to servers.
Technician must have ticketing system experience.
Technician will be required to create and work tickets through Service Manager
Technician must have experience performing Data Migration and Recovery – including, but not limited to hard drive crash, seat to seat data transfer, reimaging, and restore.
Technician must have experience and be able to assist with and administrative permission issues on network drives, distribution and security groups, and management of public folders.
Technician must have thorough knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
Technician will be required to support both NMCI NIPRNET and SIPRNET
Maintain required level of industry training for knowledge and skills in support of these operations.
Technicians must have a minimum of a secret clearance.
Work will not exceed more than 40 per week.
EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS:
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
In accordance with DoD 8570.01; Candidate must meet the Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II requirements by having one of the following certifications: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Sec, Cissp, Cisa, CASP, GCIH, GSEC, or GCED
Will be required to undergo and pass applicable background checks
Must be a United States Citizen to support this government contract, possess and maintain a current DoD SECRET level security clearance
