  • The primary task purpose is to provide support for the analysis, engineering, configuration and sustainment of Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) NSW C4I Business Systems, including the NSW Training & Resources Management System (NTRMS), NSW Resources, Requirements & Assessments System (NRRAS), NSW Center Learning Management System (NSWCEN LMS), and the NSW Warrior & Family Support Website. The task will also provide IT Asset Management Program Support.


  • The Candidate shall provide for agile learning management system software engineering to include analysis of business needs and systems flow, and shall determine data storage and usage  requirements while engineering solutions to facilitate business work processes.

  • The Candidate shall have 5 or more years of experience in business systems engineering and skills in modern programming languages, including Microsoft (MS) VB.NET, MS C#.NET, MS SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), MS ASP.NET, MS Internet Information Server (IIS), HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and MS Visual Studio, and structured query language database servers.
  • Requires experience and knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
  • Prior experience working in the NSW community is highly desired.

       The Candidate shall perform the following tasks:

  • Provide engineering support for all aspects of software engineering including the integration of platforms and features across multiple subsystems.
  • Support the Government in system lifecycle sustainment operations for software configuration, testing, training, release, and operations.
  • Analyze information and user requirements, design and debug software, document software.
  • Provide software testing, problem solving, requirements collection, stakeholder collaboration, user support, and system maintenance.
  • Integrate web systems with back-end databases.
  • Write easy to read, maintainable, and testable code in languages such as C# and JavaScript.
  • Maintain and update technology stacks.

Experience and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Data Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a Mathematics-intensive discipline, or a major field of study which either provides substantial knowledge useful in managing large, complex business systems projects.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Will be required to undergo and pass applicable background checks.
  • Must be a United States Citizen to support this government contract, possess and maintain a current SECRET level security clearance.
  • In accordance with DoD 8570.01 and DoDD 8140.01 “Cyberspace Workforce Management” ; Candidate must meet the Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II requirements  by having one of the following certifications: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP,  CCNA-Sec, Cissp, Cisa, CASP, GCIH, GSEC, or GCED)
