  • $16.29/HR

LOCATION:                        

  • Camp Pendleton, CA

REPORTS TO:   

  •    Program Manager

MANDATORY:          

  • Considering local candidates with US Citizenship only.

  • Position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, SSBI

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services

EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in IT required including at least 1 year of customer service experience in IT.
  • In accordance with DoD 8570.01; Candidate must meet the Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II requirements  by having one of the following certifications: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP,  CCNA-Sec, Cissp, Cisa, CASP, GCIH, GSEC, or GCED)
  • Must be a United States Citizen to support this government contract, possess and maintain a current SECRET level security clearance.
